Randstad is proud to partner with Queensland Rail (QR) on a major recruitment campaign to source engineering professionals. As part of this major recruitment drive, we are looking to identify a suitable candidate for the Manager ETCS Engineering position for the ETCS South programme.
QR has a current project pipeline of over A$15 billion, and this is expected to grow exponentially in the build-up to the 2032 Brisbane Olympic and Paralympic Games. As a result of this significant investment, the need to secure in-house technical and engineering resources is paramount to support their critical technology rollouts. This includes ensuring that European Train Control Systems (ETCS) signalling systems are technically robust and compliant across the network.
Operating within a highly collaborative, alliance environment, this critical leadership role is a permanent position which bridges the gap between complex engineering delivery and strategic stakeholder management.
